One to make sure to track and publicly mention the names and efforts of those providing good substantial godly service to the ministry. Second to mark out and avoid those imposters that are misusing their position of service for extra (non-negotiated) gain. We would be most interested with the positions where food or moneys or barter-able services and influence were exchanged or rendered. It would be spiritual to address these people personally in hopes of repentance however they must be cut off from active service regardless. Leaders must be constant and diligent on both of these fronts.
