kjv@Acts:16:6-40

This particular passage shines to us as an example of how the life transforming principals of kjv@Romans:12:1-3 (see pcarr:PracticalChristian1 ) can be implimented and how that they might be carried out in our lives daily as well.

Paul was clearly convienced and transformed by the realization and acceptence of God's mercy for his life kjv@Acts:9:1-31. He knew that God had given this mercy toward Paul for a specific purpose kjv@1Timothy:1:16. Paul pursued and executed this calling filter:NT-EPISTLES-PAUL Paul AND called the remainder of his life.

In the light of kjv@Romans:12:1-3 we can see the following concepts utilized in Pauls daily life.

kjv@Romans:12:1 @ I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

kjv@Romans:12:2 @ And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

kjv@Romans:12:3 @ For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

We can further see the principal of "Christ in me" Paul adopts.

kjv@Galatians:2:20 @ I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
