IDEAS/MODS:

1. Currently pBiblx2 is working to become more natively friendly to other non-UNIX OS environments particularly MSWindows. As of this time Android is the only mainstream OS lacking the PERL implementation needed for it to run, but this is a matter being actively worked on by the PERL developers. It can however be run non-natively in Android for now with a rooted kernel and Linux Emulator.
